Education & Academic Success
Our model prepares young people not only to succeed in school, but to meet the future workforce and leadership needs of our community. From Power Hour and Summer Brain Gain to Academic Intervention, DIY STEM, digital literacy, and visual and media arts programs, we help youth strengthen academic skills and express their ideas in new ways. Our approach connects classroom learning to creative exploration and real-world application, ensuring every member graduates ready for life, work, and continued education.
Health & Wellness
Our wellness programs help kids build strong bodies, healthy habits, and the judgment to make good decisions when it matters most. We combine fitness, nutrition, and social-emotional learning with honest conversations about the pressures young people face — substance use, risky behavior, and the influences that pull kids off track — and give them the tools to choose differently. From soccer and hockey leagues to daily meals and recreation, every Club experience helps members grow stronger, form friendships, and build the confidence to make choices that support a healthy future.
Leadership & Service
Through Keystone, Torch Club, Leaders in Training, and Youth of the Year, members build teamwork, empathy, and leadership skills. Teens explore careers, lead service projects, and act as role models within the Club. These experiences nurture purpose and civic engagement, helping young people grow into capable and caring citizens.
Life & Career Readiness
We help young people start thinking about their future earlier and prepare for it with real experience and real mentors. Career exploration now begins in middle school, where members meet industry representatives and explore local careers. By high school, that foundation grows into mentorship, internships, and direct pathways to college, a trade, or a career.
